Over the stretch of December, the students of Bayridge donated used winter clothing to our Fill the House/Decorate the Tree campaign. There were a total of 5 large garbage bags that were dropped off at St. Vincent De Paul before the holiday break, which were immediately put on the shelf. Thank you Blazers for providing a warm winter for others.

On Tuesday, December 10th, a total of 12 students visited local charity, St. Vincent De Paul. Throughout the day, these students helped to replenish the shelves, sort out donations, and served lunch. These Blazers certainly showed their gift of giving back to the community during the holiday times. Thank you to everyone who volunteered!

Along with this, on December 19th, a group of student volunteers, over the age of 17, participated in Bayridge’s second Life Bus. Working with Blood Services Canada, Blazers donated their blood to help save the lives of others in our community. Blazers are encouraged to sign up in the main office for our next LifeBus to donate blood in March.
